CSID Announces Promotion of Heather Havins to Vice President of Client Services

CSID, the leading provider of global, enterprise-level identity protection and fraud detection technologies and solutions, today announced the promotion of Heather Havins to the role of Vice President of Client Services. Since joining CSID in 2009, Heather has excelled in a variety of roles, most recently as Director of Client Services.

In addition to Heather’s client services duties, she will also oversee CSID’s customer call center. In this new role, Heather will work closely with the director of contact center operations to ensure greater interaction between client services and customer care allowing for more thorough and efficient customer service for CSID clients and subscribers.
Prior to joining CSID, Heather was Director of Client Services at Small World Labs in Austin. She attended Southwest Texas University and majored in Organizational Communication.
